You can absolutely use Skin Nutrients 4-in-1 Cleanse in the shower if you wish. We would recommend massaging it into your skin with dry hands before entering, to avoid getting water into the product - this could lead to bacteria developing. You can then either immediately rinse it off, or alternatively, leave it on as a masque, and rinse later.
